Summary: The E-Commerce Manager (Maternity Cover) will be responsible for overseeing the Olivia von Halle Shopify websites, driving digital growth, and managing various e-commerce projects. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders and the development agency to enhance the customer experience and optimize site performance. The position is based in central London with a hybrid working arrangement. The contract is for 11 months, starting in September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take day-to-day ownership of the Olivia von Halle Shopify websites, working closely with the COO & CEO to develop a detailed ecommerce roadmap.
- Monitor site functionality and take ownership of potential technical issues.
- Manage the relationship and maintenance activity with our development agency and any other 3rd party supplier, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee UX and CRO activity to deliver best-in-class customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage all eCommerce third-party technologies and service providers in partnership with the COO.
- Plan launches, seasonal uploads, and campaigns with key stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of content and the front-end of the website, including product uploads, navigation changes, promotional content, and homepage updates.
- Develop localisation strategies and translation updates within markets.
- Collaborate with the brand team to enhance the customer journey through content.
- Report regularly on trade, new projects, seasonal launches, and website performance to inform business decisions.
- Improve efficiencies and automations on site through apps and development updates.
- Stay aware of the changing e-commerce landscape and suggest opportunities for site improvement.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to monitor and optimise performance of each marketing channel.
- Plan and manage trading and merchandising activity.
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the development agency and marketing team on SEO and AI changes on site.
Key Skills:
- Previous eCommerce experience, ideally in luxury or fashion, preferably at least 5 years.
- Shopify experience is desirable.
- Highly commercially aware with good knowledge of analytics tools.
- Experience in leading optimisation projects and planning/testing CRO activity.
- Good understanding of core digital marketing channels (paid channels, email, SEO).
- Good communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic HTML skills preferable or a willingness to learn.
- Capable of owning projects and tasks from concept to completion.
- A motivated and ambitious self-starter with confidence to drive the role forward.
- Experience working with operations team and suppliers.

We are looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team to help fuel and manage digital growth. The Role

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous eCommerce experience, ideally in luxury or fashion - preferably at least 5 years (Shopify experience is also desirable)
- Highly commercially aware with good knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to draw insights to inform business decision making and strategy
- Experience in leading optimisation projects - planning and conceptualizing testing / CRO activity etc
- A good understanding of core digital marketing channels (paid channels, email, SEO)
- Good communication and reporting skills- both written and verbal
- Basic HTML skills preferable or a willingness to learn as needed
- Capable of owning projects and tasks from concept to completion
- A motivated and ambitious self-starter who possess the confidence and a willingness to drive the role forward
