Dynatrace Consultant - Investment Banking, Business Processes

Summary: Senior Dynatrace Consultant needed for a leading financial services organization in West London. The role requires a Dynatrace expert with a strong understanding of business processes, particularly in equity pricing within the financial domain. The consultant will analyze and optimize Dynatrace usage while bridging the gap between technical performance data and business impact. This position is inside IR35 and requires on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize the use of Dynatrace within the client's existing architecture.
• Map and monitor business chains, with a focus on equity pricing processes and related transactions.
• Help bridge the gap between technical performance data and business impact.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, reduce latency, and ensure performance SLAs.
• Work closely with both IT and business teams to provide actionable insights.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
• Deep understanding of business flows in financial services, ideally in capital markets.
• Ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
