Summary: Senior Dynatrace Consultant needed for a leading financial services organization in West London, focusing on optimizing Dynatrace usage and understanding business processes in the financial domain. The role requires deep technical expertise in Dynatrace and the ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs. The consultant will work closely with IT and business teams to enhance visibility and performance SLAs. This position is inside IR35 and requires three days a week on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize the use of Dynatrace within the client's existing architecture.
- Map and monitor business chains, with a focus on equity pricing processes and related transactions.
- Help bridge the gap between technical performance data and business impact.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance visibility, reduce latency, and ensure performance SLAs.
- Work closely with both IT and business teams to provide actionable insights.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace configuration, dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics.
- Deep understanding of business flows in financial services, ideally in capital markets.
- Ability to translate performance metrics into business-relevant KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.
