Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics GP for financial processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to support pricing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align financial strategies with project execution.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and long-term planning.
- Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus but not required.

- Proven expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis.
