Dynamics Functional Consultant

Summary: The Dynamics Functional Consultant role involves leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for a leading organization in South Wales. The consultant will collaborate with internal developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure effective integration of the CRM system with business needs. The position requires strong experience with Dynamics CRM and excellent communication skills. The role offers hybrid working arrangements with on-site requirements of 1 or 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with internal developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective integration of the CRM system with business needs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, user-friendly CRM solutions.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with Dynamics CRM, including configuration and customisation.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ideally Security Cleared.
