Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customise Plugins and Custom Workflow Activities
  • Build custom APIs and integrations
  • Deliver solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Design scalable Dataverse data models
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise platforms including ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), contact centre platforms and IoT systems
  • Design event-driven and API-based integration architectures
  • Implement Azure integrations using Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and managed solution deployments
  • Define security roles and enterprise compliance frameworks
  • Performance tuning for high transaction environments
  • Implement solution layering strategies
  • Define environment strategies (Dev, SIT, UAT, Prod)
