Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Elicitation: Don't wait for requirements to land on your desk. Actively track down, engage, and align cross-territory stakeholders (US, Europe, UK) to define end-to-end CRM process flows and requirements.
- Unblock & Accelerate: Identify process bottlenecks, project dependencies, and delivery roadblocks early. Tenaciously push for resolutions and find efficient workarounds while maintaining governance and best-practice standards.
- Dynamics CRM Mastery: Leverage deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and the Power Platform to translate business needs into robust, out-of-the-box system capabilities rather than over-customizing.
- Agile Champion: Lead backlog refinement, write high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and ensure the engineering team has a constant, well-groomed runway for upcoming sprints.
- QA & UAT Leadership: Work alongside technical leads and business users to ensure the final CRM solution perfectly matches the validated business processes.
Your Profile
- CRM Transformation Veteran: A proven track record operating as a Lead/Senior BA on enterprise-scale MS Dynamics 365/CRM implementations.
- Rigorous BA Best Practices: Strong foundation in formal business analysis methodologies (eg, BCS, IIBA certifications are highly desirable) with flawless process mapping, data mapping, and requirements tracing.
- Unshakeable Tenacity: A self-starter attitude with a reputation for 'making things happen.' You do not wait to be invited to the table; you actively seek out answers and drive momentum.
- Cross-Border Experience: Prior experience working across multiple international territories (ideally US, Europe, and UK), with the cultural awareness and flexibility to manage differing time zones and regional requirements.
- Pure Agile Mindset: Expert-level understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe environments.
