Summary: The Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Specialist will be the primary resource for Dynamics 365/CRM, MS Fabric, Dataverse, and Power Pages/Power Platform, focusing on designing and building applications, providing support, and managing enhancements. The role involves collaboration with various IT teams and requires expertise in Dynamics 365 services. The specialist will also handle 3rd-level support and contribute to the development of new systems. This position is critical for maintaining and improving existing Dynamics-based systems within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and supporting Power Pages and Power Apps applications and sites.
- Providing 3rd-line support and extending the Dynamics 365 environment, with a focus on Dynamics CRM applications.
- Taking technical ownership of solutions from development to deployment and documentation.
- Managing escalated issues related to applications and services through to resolution.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specializing in developing Power Pages, Power Apps, and Dataverse-based solutions.
- Confident in creating and managing solution CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Extensive experience in customizing Dynamics 365, particularly in CRM (Sales and Marketing) modules.
- Background in C# and JavaScript development for custom extensions and integrations.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Power Platform applications.
- Knowledge of end-to-end connectivity between devices and cloud services.
- Understanding of Azure security principles and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure are highly valued.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and MS Fabric is an advantage.

Job Offer
This role is offering up to £700 per day as a Day Rate
The role requires 2 days on site in Victoria
2 -3 Interview Stages will be provided
The Contract will last from 6 - 12 months - high potential for an extension.
