Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys Insights Developer

Our client are a global consulting firm, working on a project in the Financial Services space, they are on the lookout for a Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys Insights Developer to come in on a contract basis.

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in configuring and developing within the Dynamics 365 Sales module.
• Strong knowledge of the Customer Insights - Journeys module and its features
• Proficiency in Power Automate
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 ecosystem and how its modules InterconnecT
• Microsoft Dataverse, plugins, workflows, and custom entities
• Microsoft tools and third-party apps (eg, Power Apps, SharePoint)

Contract is running for 1 year initially, paying up to £535p/day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) and will be 3 days per week onsite in London.
