Summary: The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Technical Architect role involves leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions, focusing on technical leadership and client advisory. The position requires extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to optimize customer engagement for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business objectives and gather technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership across all phases of CRM projects.
- Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and extensions using Power Platform and Azure services.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project managers for scalable CRM solutions.
- Create architecture and solution documentation including integration diagrams and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance and security.
- Stay current with Microsoft's roadmap and advise clients on new features.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Consultant.
- Deep technical knowledge of D365 CE modules.
- Expertise in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Strong understanding of solution lifecycle management and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with security model, plug-ins, and APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, PL-600.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CRM strategy.
- Background in data migration and reporting tools.
