Summary: The Dynamics 365 CE Programme Manager will lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to enhance client management and sales processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, delivery and governance of the Dynamics 365 CE implementation from initiation through to adoption.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and communication at programme level.
- Coordinate internal business teams, IT stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

This role will oversee the full delivery of Dynamics 365 CE, working with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure the platform is successfully embedded across the organisation and delivers real business value.
