Summary: The role of a Senior Business Analyst focuses on leveraging comprehensive BA experience to enhance business processes within the Law/Legal sector, specifically utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. A commitment to continuous improvement and effective communication is essential for success in this position. This is a fixed-term contract role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analysing data to accurately capture the current state of a business challenge, supporting the development, prioritisation, and recommendation of solutions that feed into the Change Delivery Roadmap
  • Taking ownership of evaluating information from diverse sources, identifying discrepancies, and resolving conflicting data or viewpoints
  • Producing high-quality analysis and design documentation, defining and refining business requirements with clear acceptance criteria to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
  • Leading requirements workshops to elicit, document, and validate business needs-ensuring completeness, alignment with the project scope, and feasibility of delivery
  • Actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand information needs and ensure alignment of requirements
  • Translating business requirements into updated or newly defined processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
  • Assessing and clearly articulating the cost-benefit of proposed changes, collaborating with Finance to model their impact on the business's Profit & Loss

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a project delivery environment, with strong planning and organizational abilities-capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Preferably, a BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Flexibility to adapt to various delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks
  • Knowledge of, or experience working within, the legal sector or other highly regulated industries
  • A solid track record of supporting business areas through change initiatives, including the use of established change frameworks and tools
  • Experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
