Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal security standards.
- Leading the Computer Incident Response Team during security incidents, coordinating response efforts.
- Collaborating with the Cyber Security Operations Centre to meet UK security needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Developing and delivering cyber exercises to test and improve organisational readiness.
- Supporting initiatives to enhance and mature the organisation's cyber security posture.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with MoD standards such as DEFSTAN, DEFCON, ISNs, and JSPs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 27000 series standards.
- Relevant security and technical certifications.
- Experience working within high-classification environments.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- A degree in a relevant discipline or higher.
