Summary: The role of Network Architect involves working in Basingstoke on a contractor basis, focusing on the implementation and management of LAN networks using Juniper or Cisco equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with either Juniper or Cisco network equipment.
- Independently implement LAN networks and infrastructure patching following design specifications and resolving issues, including site LAN Design and implementation in accordance with JSP 604.
- Manage the ECR process, creation of as-fitted packs and sign-off, working with the customer.
- Work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Provide comprehensive guidance on the development and modifications of solution components to ensure compatibility with relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards, and practices.
- Meet project deadlines and costs within own scope of responsibility.
- Provide timely workarounds or fixes for errors.
- Demonstrate how agreed requirements are met, including automation of business processes, and address any unmet requirements or considerations requiring business decisions.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Juniper or Cisco network equipment.
- Knowledge of LAN network implementation and infrastructure patching.
- Familiarity with JSP 604 standards.
- Experience in managing ECR processes and customer interactions.
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

ROLE:
*Experience with either Juniper or Cisco network equipment.
*Experience of independently implementing LAN networks and infrastructure patching following design specifications and resolving issues, including experience in site LAN Design, and implementation in accordance with JSP 604.

*The provision of comprehensive guidance on the development of, and modifications to, solution components to ensure that they take account of relevant architectures, strategies, policies, standards and practices and that existing and planned solution components remain compatible.
*Meets project deadlines and costs within own scope of responsibility.
*Errors with workarounds or fixes provided in a timely manner.
*Changes to service, process, organization, operating model and other aspects may be required in addition to technology components, and solutions must demonstrate how agreed requirements (such as automation of business processes) are met, any requirements which are not fully met or, and any options or considerations which require a business decision.
