What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the PMO team
- Provide comprehensive governance, financial, resource, and delivery reports
- Support programme planning, delivery reviews, and assurance activities
- Oversee RAID logs, change, decision, and action registers
- Manage resource planning, forecasting, and financial controls including invoicing and budgeting
- Drive process improvements and standardisation across the programme
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual and organisational standards
- Support large-scale transformation and complex Defence programmes, working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies
