Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of medium to large network infrastructures, ensuring delivery within timescales and managing risks.

- Advise on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to optimise product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage systems within SLA, proposing improvements and implementing changes to meet service standards.
- Engage with third parties to resolve complex product issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay current with new tools, products, and techniques, promoting continuous improvement within the team.
