- Support all stages of the IT lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing, integration, and evaluation.
- Produce technical documentation, test plans, user guides, and design documents.
- Support hardware/software builds, system installation, and integration tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior colleagues.
- Provide technical advice during proposal phases and estimate effort for tasks.

- Experience working on a variety of engineering projects within IT.

- Supporting certifications such as Microsoft MCSA (or equivalent) and ITIL.
- A first degree in Science or Engineering, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Around 3-5 years of practical experience in IT engineering, with a proven record of achievement.
- Knowledge of market-relevant concepts and principles within IT.
