Summary: The DV Cleared Cyber Security Engineer role is a long-term contract position requiring active DV clearance and British nationality. The engineer will work on various cybersecurity projects, primarily focusing on endpoint protection and security requirements implementation. The role involves occasional onsite presence in Cambridgeshire, with a start date anticipated for September or October. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement security requirements for systems including Microsoft OS and Linux OS.
- Utilize endpoint protection products such as Malware App Control and DLP.
- Work with virtualization technologies and networking components.
- Produce design artifacts and implement SIEM products.
- Manage network technologies including firewalls, mail gateways, load balancers, and anti-virus solutions.
- Understand the accreditation process for secure systems.
Key Skills:

DV Cleared Cyber Security Engineer - Outside IR35 - 12 Month Contract - October Start
iO Associates are currently looking for a DV Cleared Cyber Security Engineer for a long term contract role (Outside IR35) - project is kicking off in October so we'll be looking to start candidates at the end of September / October. This role requires you to occasionally be onsite in Camrbridgeshire due to the nature of the projects you'll be working on. You need to be a Sole British National and hold active DV Clearance.
Here's an overview of what we're looking for:

- Experience in implementing security requirements for a system: Microsoft OS Linux OS
