Summary: The role is for a Data Analyst fluent in Dutch, tasked with developing and deploying advanced AI technologies within a leading global technology company. The position emphasizes maintaining confidentiality, delivering high-quality labeled data, and providing operational support. This is a fully on-site, 6-month contract that offers a competitive daily rate. The ideal candidate will contribute to the responsible development of AI systems, impacting user experience on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols, upholding customer privacy as a paramount tenet.
  • Work with a diverse range of data types, including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • Deliver high-quality labelled data, adhering to provided guidelines and utilizing in-house tools and software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across various modalities.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to pivot seamlessly between different categories of requirements.
  • Provide daily operational support for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
  • Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose effective solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs.
  • Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational issues within Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
  • Demonstrate ownership in providing floor support to clarify internal queries as needed.

Key Skills:

  • An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
  • CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch language.
  • Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR C1+).
  • Strong business writing skills with the ability to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced reading comprehension with the ability to analyze complex business documents.
  • Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with native-level Dutch fluency to join our pioneering team. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of developing and deploying cutting-edge AI, directly shaping how technology understands and interacts with the world. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the responsible development of advanced AI systems, directly impacting product quality and user experience for a global audience. This is a 6 months, fully on-site contract, offering up to £140 per day, 40hrs/week (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. Next steps will be shared with shortlisted candidates ASAP.
