Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services for the General Manager.
  • Ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs for meetings, events, and business engagements across London and occasionally surrounding areas.
  • Plan efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, condition, and presentation of the company vehicle.
  • Monitor traffic, road conditions, and travel schedules to optimise journey times.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks related to travel (e.g., coordinating timings with the executive’s assistant).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all work-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies.

Key Skills:

  • Valid UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, ideally supporting senior executives or VIPs.
  • Strong knowledge of London roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent time management and reliability.
