Summary: The Drilling Materials & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and cost-effective provision of equipment, materials, and personnel to wellsites in Spain. This role involves liaising with various stakeholders, including drilling engineers and third-party suppliers, to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of materials and services. The coordinator will also maintain tracking systems for well tangibles and support health and safety processes. The position requires a hands-on approach to logistics coordination and operational support throughout the project duration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a focal point for communication with drilling engineers and offshore materials coordinators.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to coordinate the movement of supplies and vessels.
• Facilitate effective crew changes by coordinating with aviation service contractors.
• Review well programmes and allocate resources accordingly.
• Coordinate the call-off of materials and services from vendors in an auditable manner.
• Expedite the collection, distribution, and returns of equipment/materials.
• Support project HSEQ processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review invoices and resolve any queries related to contracts and procurement.
• Deliver project cost books and maintain routine M&L paperwork.
