- Carry out EPC assessments and collect property data to produce accurate energy performance reports.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.

- Induction provided-to use the software.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced DEA (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong background within the housing sector
