Key Responsibilities:

  • Register, log, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in a timely manner.
  • Manage the revision and issue of drawings, ensuring the latest versions are used and older versions are archived correctly.
  • Conduct quality checks on all documents to ensure they meet project standards and are correctly formatted.
  • Liaise with site teams, project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure all document control procedures are followed.
  • Generate reports on document status and progress as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Temporary Document Controller to join our dynamic team for a prestigious new build college project. Commercial build project experience desirable.

The Role

You will be responsible for the management, distribution, and control of all project:related documentation, ensuring that information is accurate, up:to:date, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders. This is a fast:paced role that requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
