WAF award winning and buzzing design studio based near the West End is on the lookout for a Document Controller to join it's operations team on an initial contract basis. You will be working closely with the document control and operations team, facilitating the flow of information on the studio's largest and most high-profile project.

Job Description

Produce and manage the studio's workflow documents, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure documentation is in order

Use Aconex and Newforma to carry out duties including QA, QC, RFIs, maintain document control register, track CVIs, and track reimbursable expenses for projects

Key Skills

Previous experience working within a document controller role within the AEC industry is essential

Experience working on complex projects

Self motivated, organised and detail oriented

Strong communication and time management skills

Fluent in Aconex and Newforma ideally
