Job description - the role

Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

Follow project guidelines with ease to log in, record and upload deliverables.

Registers; Logs and Tracks TQs & RFIs using project processes.

Maintain project specific guidance notes and records.

Keep up to date with policy, procedure and seek advice with problems.

Record and submit time spent on projects.

Plan own workload.

Access guidance on standards for collaboration.

Identify issues and deal with them independently or escalate where appropriate.

Attend and contribute to local Document Control team meetings.

May attend project meetings.

Tracking; reporting and chasing time sensitive deliverables.

Support and provide cover for others in your discipline and location.

Professionally communicate with relevant individuals as requested by the business.

Identify processes within the role which could be improved.

Obtain compliant drawing / document numbers.

Verifying and quality checking documentation prior to issue.

Uploading and downloading incoming and outgoing correspondence from multiple Extranet Sites.

Experience in handling large scale document control submissions, working to tight milestone deadlines.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Able to work collaboratively across a remote team
  • Good knowledge of multiple extranet sites
  • Understand the basic principles behind workload planning and its relevance - Be open to new ways of working
  • Good knowledge of document control systems
  • Works accurately, quickly, and independently
  • Approach work with a problem-solving attitude, but knows when to escalate
  • Be open to new ways of working
  • Understanding of the importance of accurate and correctly stored data
  • Interested to develop knowledge and know when to ask for help
  • Willingness to learn from others
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Interested in new digital tools and methods
  • Experience of high-volume accurate data entry
