Summary: The Document Controller role involves managing and maintaining documentation accuracy within a public sector organization on a 23-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for control measures.
- Process incoming correspondence and evidence for legal analysis.
- Liaise with stakeholders for the safe return of hard copy records.
- Maintain accurate records using the electronic Record and Document Management system.
- Import unprocessed source data into the evidence database following workflows.
- Participate in the analysis and coding of documents in the evidence database.
- Ensure compliance with Restriction Orders and relevant legislation.
- Adhere to Data Protection and UKGDPR regulations.
