Summary: The Document Controller role involves managing and maintaining documentation accuracy within a public sector organization on a 23-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for control measures.
  • Process incoming correspondence and evidence for legal analysis.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for the safe return of hard copy records.
  • Maintain accurate records using the electronic Record and Document Management system.
  • Import unprocessed source data into the evidence database following workflows.
  • Participate in the analysis and coding of documents in the evidence database.
  • Ensure compliance with Restriction Orders and relevant legislation.
  • Adhere to Data Protection and UKGDPR regulations.
