Summary: The DJ Booking Agent at XPM is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing bookings for DJs, playing a crucial role in expanding the company's presence in the nightlife and event industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Secure performance opportunities for XPM DJs across clubs, festivals, private events, and international bookings.
- Maintain an active calendar of bookings and events.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Act as the primary liaison between talent and event organisers/promoters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, promoters, agencies, and event producers.
- Handle booking negotiations, contract terms, and logistics.
- Help shape and curate the XPM DJ roster by identifying talent aligned with the brand’s direction.
- Develop growth strategies for talent, including tailored bookings to build their profiles.
- Work closely with the Creative Director and CMO to align bookings with brand strategy.
- Oversee and coordinate travel, hospitality, and performance logistics for booked talent.
- Ensure all booking terms are honoured and executed properly, including technical riders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure booked events are promoted effectively across all platforms.
- Ensure bookings align with XPM’s values, culture, and brand image.
- Maintain accurate records of all booking activity, income generated, and performance feedback.
- Provide regular updates on booking trends and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Booking & Placement: Secure performance opportunities for XPM DJs across clubs, festivals, private events, and international bookings. Maintain an active calendar of bookings and events. Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between talent and event organisers/promoters. Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, promoters, agencies, and event producers. Handle booking negotiations, contract terms, and logistics.

- Flexible Tasking: XPM may request the DJ Booking Agent to fulfil other event or talent-related tasks. You have the freedom to accept or decline those roles, and this will not impact your performance review.
- Collaboration with Key Stakeholders: As DJ Booking Agent, you will work closely with the CMO and Creative Director to ensure bookings reflect artist development and branding goals. You will also liaise with the COO and CEO to report on performance and support strategic improvements in operations.
Compensation & Structure: Performance-Based Compensation Only: This role is entirely commission-based. You will earn a percentage from every successful booking you secure for talent on the XPM roster. There is no base salary for this position. All compensation is directly tied to the revenue generated through your bookings. Commission is paid monthly based on cleared payments from bookings. The more bookings and higher-value events you secure, the higher your income potential. This structure ensures complete alignment between your success and the company’s growth. It also supports high flexibility, autonomy, and entrepreneurial freedom in how you approach your work.
