This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for delivering operational performance, financial sustainability, workforce effectiveness, and service transformation across complex acute hospital services. The Trust serves a population of over 570,000 people across three hospital sites and is delivering an ambitious transformation programme, including major capital investment and service redesign.
