Summary: The Distribution Assurance Analyst role at AXA involves supporting the Risk Assurance Team through reporting, issue management, system setup, and procedure documentation over a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standard reporting in alignment to the risk ownership model and the AXA Commercial Governance Framework.
- Report on progress of the daily planning cycle.
- Support assurance activity in areas such as information requests, file reviews and any other required assurance activity.
- Management information reporting, ensuring a diary of required reports is communicated to facilitate team reporting.
- Assurance monitoring activity, on site and off site.
- Support assurance consultants and managers with delivery of the assurance plan.
- Build meaningful working relationships across Risk Assurance teams and other AXA UK business areas.

- Knowledge of system management, operational procedures, reporting, and management information.
- Assurance knowledge within the financial services industry, and requirements for proactive risk identification.
