Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing extensive administrative support to the Site Leader, including diary management, correspondence, reports, and expenses.
  • Organising travel arrangements and meetings, ensuring priorities are managed effectively.
  • Overseeing office management duties such as mail handling, stationery and PPE ordering, pool car bookings, and maintaining compliance for vehicles and site properties.
  • Coordinating meeting room diaries, catering, and accommodation through Guestline, while liaising with Visitor Centre teams.
  • Supporting HR activities including notetaking, induction packs, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement events.
  • Preparing accurate reports, presentations, and minutes for leadership meetings.
  • Managing health surveillance appointments, site workwear orders, and charity initiatives.
  • Updating IT systems and databases and ensuring timely correspondence with external organisations.
  • Providing administration support to Dufftown LEF and processing bottle donation requests.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Fixed Term Contract Administrator to join our Dufftown site on a 12-month basis.
