Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property transactions and drive deals forward
- Liaise with purchasers and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and health & safety regulations
- Advise on remedial actions and coordinate with contractors
- Conduct approximately 3 property surveys per week
- Handle CPSE, pre-contract queries, and property transactions
Key Skills:
- MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of building pathology and housing legislation
- Competence in digital surveying and report writing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Salary (Rate): £400 daily
