Position : IT Disaster Recovery Operation Manager (PM with hands on Disaster Recovery and Devops)
Location : Plano Texas (Onsite for Local and Remote for Non Local)
Duration : Contract :12 Months
Experience : 15+ Years

Candidate based in Dallas- or Plano or nearby to Plano TX based candidate, this will be an onsite role; they need to work from the Plano client office and need to come for an in-person interview

Client is looking for someone with broader experience to help with our DR work. Someone who is ready to roll his sleeves and be hands-on while managing people at the same time.
They also need someone who is reasonably technical in the DevOps/ DR space and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with cross functional teams on a more technical level.

Operations Manager IT Disaster Recovery
Join Client s Global Information Systems (GIS) team as a Disaster Recovery (DR) Manager. In this critical role,
you will oversee global delivery and continuous improvement of client s DR readiness strategy across a hybrid landscape of over 100 enterprise and manufacturing applications. This includes systems such as [SAP, PLM, Teamcenter, OpsCenter, and ASRS] across Azure and on-premise workloads.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in IT program or project management, with a focus on disaster recovery or business continuity planning.
Deep understanding of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, PLM) and their recovery dependencies.
Experience managing DR programs across Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced, and agile environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in manufacturing, high-tech, or regulated industries.
