Summary: The Technology Disaster Recovery Project Manager will oversee disaster recovery initiatives within the organization, focusing on developing and maintaining IT disaster recovery plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute IT Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and projects.
• Ensure all DR initiatives align with business continuity (BC) requirements and industry best practices.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to assess critical systems, recovery objectives, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain DR documentation, policies, and frameworks to ensure readiness.
• Plan and coordinate regular DR testing exercises.
• Identify gaps in recovery plans and work with teams to address deficiencies.
• Ensure DR plans are regularly updated based on test results, business changes, or new technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis to evaluate potential vulnerabilities in IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment between DR and incident response strategies.
