Summary: The role of Disaster Recovery Architect involves working on an ongoing project for a global consultancy, focusing on disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Candidates are expected to have a strong understanding of application architecture, data protection, and various disaster recovery technologies. The position requires hands-on experience with both UNIX and Windows platforms, as well as the ability to maintain and update technical documentation. The contract is for 3-6 months with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of BCP-DR Application Architecture
- IT-DR for On-Prem/Off-Prem/Hybrid Infrastructure
- Understanding DR-DRILL to map them into the client Resiliency Orchestration solution (Sanovi DRM solution)
- Content Maintenance
- Perform updates and revisions on materials including LLD, HDL, Solution Design/Approach documents, Technical Reports, and PPTs
- Experience in Linux and any database (Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong understanding of Data Protection for application workloads
- Hands-on experience with Standalone and Clustered UNIX and Windows platforms
- Knowledge of Storage Replication technology with various DR Scenarios
- Design/architect and build LLD, HLD, Implementation
- Keep management and stakeholders informed about disaster recovery preparedness
Key Skills:
- Experience with BCP-DR Application Architecture
