• Act as the central coordinator to develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resources for data centre disaster recovery initiatives.
• Lead and manage the execution of disaster recovery exercises, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly planned and evaluation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders from application and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on recovery objectives and strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with disaster recovery processes.
• Document findings, lessons learned and best practices for future exercises.
• Monitor and report on the progress of disaster recovery exercise result findings and ensure follow up items are being tracked until closure.

The following skills are required: -

• Experience of Disaster recovery testing
• Automation tooling execution
• Reviewing/checking test evidence
• Experience of IBMz, IBMi and Distributed platforms.
• The ability to communicate with both technical teams and application/business area,

It would be advantageous to have the following: -

• Experience of 3rd Party Cloud providers
• Testing methodologies (ITIL)
