- 10–15 years of experience in technology project delivery within financial services (banking, WAM, insurance)
- Proven track record in business development, opportunity management, and client network growth
- Deep understanding of banking platforms, data & AI solutions, and familiarity with cyber risk
- Strong leadership credentials – experience managing 30 hybrid teams across local and nearshore delivery
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus)
