Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the firm's monitoring framework for Secondaries in eFront, ensuring it is fit for purpose for semi-liquid strategies
  • Guide the roll-out of eFront as the chosen portfolio monitoring platform, ensuring it integrates effectively with existing systems and workflows
  • Redesign processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality
  • Translate business needs into clear valuation, accounting, and reporting requirements
  • Act as a bridge across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Investment teams, ensuring data accuracy and process consistency
  • Establish governance models, policies, and controls to underpin sustainable monitoring practices
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure smooth implementation
  • Share expertise with internal teams, providing coaching and support to strengthen overall monitoring capability

Overview

A leading private equity firm is embarking on a major initiative to strengthen its portfolio monitoring framework within eFront, with a particular emphasis on semi-liquid products within its Secondaries business. To support this project, the firm is seeking a Portfolio Monitoring Subject Matter Expert who combines strong product knowledge with hands-on experience of eFront . The specialist will play a central role in shaping the design, implementation, and ongoing use of eFront's portfolio monitoring suite, while also redefining operational processes to meet the demands of a fast-growing private markets business.
