Summary: The Director of Service Delivery/Telecoms is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall service strategy in alignment with business objectives. This role involves overseeing the service portfolio, ensuring effective contract delivery, and coordinating with stakeholders for service activation and fulfilment. The position requires extensive experience in service strategy and B2B contract management, particularly in telecoms or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns, develops and maintains overall service strategy aligning with wider business objectives
  • Puts in place and embeds a service catalogue; acts as the overall product owner for the service portfolio
  • Oversees development, implementation and management of efficient processes for customer contract delivery
  • Sets & manages criteria & governance for effective service design for transition of new products
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective order execution and fulfilment
  • Owns the COO response to bid activity completed by Commercial
  • Develops and implements customer adoption strategies for successful onboarding and usage of products

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience of setting service strategy and designing service for products in telecoms or infrastructure
  • Experience managing major B2B contract mobilisation, transition and service fulfilment
  • Experience establishing new ways of working for service standardisation and automation
