Summary: The Director of Sales at Fairmont St. Andrews is responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts within the luxury hotel sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive new business into the hotel.
  • Target and contract new direct, consortia, and agency business in line with the hotel sales strategy.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts while hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and manage the existing MICE team.
  • Support and manage the Sales Team.
  • Network and influence the brand's global sales teams.
  • Drive all leisure sales initiatives and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client visits and attend trade shows.
