Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across ticketing, e-commerce and guest-facing digital platforms
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting direction and raising delivery standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing and Technology to align product priorities with business goals
- Drive a data-informed approach to prioritisation, using guest insight and performance data to shape decisions
- Represent Product at leadership level, reporting progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders

- Track record of managing and developing Product Managers at scale

We're hiring an Interim Director of Product for a globally recognised entertainment and attractions brand. This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the digital guest experience - covering ticketing, e-commerce, mobile app and in-venue digital products used by millions of visitors each year. You'll lead the product strategy and roadmap across multiple consumer-facing platforms, working closely with Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams to make sure every digital touchpoint drives revenue and guest satisfaction.
