Key Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and manage a team of ML engineers, scaling the team from 3 to 6-7 members.
• Balance responsibilities with a 50/50 split between hands-on technical work and people management.
• Work with time series data coming off a chip, focusing on data compression and building models for operations engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on coding.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable ML products.
• Manage cloud deployments using AWS.
