Summary: The Director of Audience Insight (Quantitative) at Dialect is a pivotal role focused on leading high-profile audience research projects during a maternity cover period. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the delivery of all insight pieces on accounts you are responsible for

About the role: We’re looking for an experienced researcher or data specialist to join our team on a maternity cover contract, stepping in for our Head of Research. This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape high-profile audience research projects at a pivotal time in the agency’s growth. We’re open to candidates from two key backgrounds: A seasoned researcher ready to make their mark in a small but growing team, or An ambitious researcher looking to step into their first leadership role, ready to stretch themselves and take on new responsibilities. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of our Insights division at Dialect. We’re looking for someone who brings: Strong quantitative research experience (qualitative experience a bonus) A background in marketing, media, or advertising A passion for innovation and pushing research thinking forward Should the maternity cover position be successful, there’s a strong vision for this role to evolve into a permanent position, working alongside our returning Head of Research in a co-leadership capacity.
