Summary: The Director - Enterprise Architecture at TeKnowledge will lead the design and governance of scalable solutions that integrate AI, Cybersecurity, and Digital Skilling technologies for global clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives, presenting solutions to C-suite clients, and fostering innovation within the organization. The position requires a strong background in enterprise architecture and the ability to mentor teams while managing vendor relationships. The Director will also drive the implementation of new technologies and ensure compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural reviews of high-value deals, identifying technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Design multi-product solutions integrating TeKnowledge’s portfolio (AI, CX, Cybersecurity, Digital Skilling and Tech Managed Services).
• Develop standard design patterns for all solution/portfolio offers.
• Present technical solutions to C-suite clients, demonstrating ROI and alignment with their goals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to scope complex opportunities and craft compelling proposals.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the CTO, Sales, and Pre-sales teams.
• Define best practices for solution architecture, ensuring compliance with security and scalability standards.
• Develop and implement the Architecture strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Utilize knowledge and experience in Azure, MS D365 to support the CTO Office.
• Advise and drive the implementation of new technologies, particularly in AI.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the CTO team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, with at least 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Working knowledge of designing solutions that include Networks, Hyperscaler environments, Micro services, and Security.
• Experience with Large Enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in AI/ML, Cybersecurity frameworks, CX platforms, and Microsoft Cloud.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation/storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certifications: TOGAF, Zachman, ITIL, CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, or equivalent.
