Summary: The Deputy Director of Credit Risk & Portfolio Management will lead a team focused on managing high-risk SME loans, ensuring adherence to responsible lending practices and effective debt management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of credit and investment specialists to manage a portfolio of high-risk SME loans.
  • Make credit, investment, and recovery decisions within personal delegation.
  • Support the Heads of Function for Credit and Portfolio in systematizing responsible lending practices.
  • Act as a technical expert in credit and portfolio management for the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior leadership and contribute to organizational growth and development.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders, including government and public entities.
  • Provide thought leadership and representation in public forums.
  • Attend Credit Committee meetings as an executive member to provide insights for decision-making.
