My client is seeking to appoint a SME Sales Support Administrator to support its SME direct business sales team across the island of Ireland.This is a hand's on role, and will offer the opportunity to develop commercial, sales, analytical and communication skills within a busy team environment.
This role will offer flexible working which includes time in the office as directed.
Main Purpose of Role:
To support the SME Direct team with sales compliance, sales assurance and Back Office administration duties. Will also act as a point of contact for sales contractor & sales partners queries and assist with processing of SME sales and renewals contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for all SME Sales partner queries, supporting them in their field sales activities
- Ensuring all necessary onboard and re-contracting processes are followed and providing assistance to customers where necessary
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales and retention team to include quality checking
- Carrying out administrative duties for the wider SME Direct Sales Team to support efficient and accurate processing of sales contracts
- Assisting with the updating of KPIs and sales reporting for various sales channels
- Ensure all Back Office and QA standards are being maintained, in line with corporate governance standards.
- To support internal quality monitoring processes to ensure desired corporate and regulatory standards are maintained
- Providing team back up in the running of reporting from SFA system for commercial sales agents
- Assisting with the distribution of weekly product information to ensure all agents and brokers have all the correct product pricing.
- Work with SME direct sales team to deliver effective sales prospecting and data capture
- Support other tasks within the team, as directed by management such as cheque lodgments & AR processing, commission reporting, renewal queries and post.
