Summary: The Digital Transformation Project Manager will lead key digital change projects within the organization, focusing on system rollouts and tracking transformation progress. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading key transformation projects from scope to delivery across systems like ERP and WMS
- Defining project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Supporting change through training plans, communication, and rollout
- Running sessions with teams to design and validate new processes
- Managing roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting for active initiatives
- Coordinating vendors, ensuring quality and keeping delivery on track
- Standardising tools, templates, and documentation to support scale
- Tracking benefits post-go-live and feeding insights into future planning
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with strong delivery outcomes
- Understanding of ERP, WMS, PIM or BI systems
- Strong communicator with the ability to align teams and keep things moving
- Confident translating business needs into project requirements and plans
- Commercially aware, structured and focused on outcomes
- Comfortable working with project tools such as Smartsheet, Jira or Power BI
- Experience managing large-scale system implementation projects (e.g. ERP or WMS)
- Knowledge of change management approaches and how to support adoption
- Familiarity with governance models such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile frameworks
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
- A playbook mindset to be able to build structure others can follow

Salary : £50,000 – £55,000
Contract : 12 Months Fixed Term, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
