Summary: The Digital Systems Engineer role is a 6-month contract based in Bristol, focusing on solving and appraising technical engineering tasks in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess completed surveys to provide technical direction.
- Analyze and assess engineering capabilities to align technology development with roadmaps.
- Solve complex and non-routine tasks to support project requirements.
- Review and justify innovative approaches to technical solutions.
- Review and appraise technical documents and construct project proposals.
Key Skills:
- Experience in systems integration (digital to digital, digital to physical, physical to physical).
- Knowledge of programming languages: C#, Python, JavaScript.
- Experience in team collaboration for software projects and version control.
- Experience with robotics and/or machine building.
- Understanding of Systems Engineering principles.
- Awareness of manufacturing verification technologies, continuous process improvement, PLC programming, and immersive programming with Unity.
