Summary: The Digital Delivery Lead will oversee the rollout of new digital features for a multi-site retail client, focusing on web and mobile app platforms. This role involves managing project plans for loyalty, subscription, and personalization initiatives while collaborating with various business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technology and business. This is a 6-month contract position based in West London, requiring on-site presence four days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project plans for loyalty, subscription, and personalization rollouts across web and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with marketing, commercial, digital, and tech teams as a business partner.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the rollout of new digital features on web and mobile app platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Digital Delivery/Project Management experience.
  • Multi-site retail or hospitality background.
  • Experience delivering loyalty programmes or similar.
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ideally a background in business partnering.

Salary (Rate): £600 daily

Digital Delivery Lead – Retail - £600 pd Outside IR35

Our multi-site retail client now requires a talented Digital Delivery Lead to support the rollout of new digital features on their web and mobile app platforms. This is a 6-month initial contract assignment, and a fantastic opportunity for a talented Project Manager/Delivery Lead to be part of a large programme.

The Digital Delivery Lead will be responsible for the management and oversight of project plans for loyalty, subscription and personalisation rollouts across web and mobile apps. A key aspect of this role will be the business partnering function across marketing, commercial, digital and tech. This person needs to be a great communicator who can be the bridge between technology and business.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Digital Delivery/Project Management experience
  • Multi-site retail or hospitality background
  • Experience delivering loyalty programmes or similar
  • Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ideally a background in business partnering

Rate: £600 per day Outside IR35

Duration: 3 months
