The RoleAs our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management and effective operation of a website transformation project for one of our clients. You will be entering the process post design and will need to manage vendors to deliver the new website.Duration: 6 to 9 months. This is a part-time role, up to 3 days/week, with a regular need to commute into the client's London office. StakeholdersYou will be working with our client's team, closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, advising and influencing the right course of action. ResponsibilitiesScoping project requirements Creating project plans and monitoring progressUpdating key stakeholders on project statusManaging client communications and expectationsClose collaboration with internal teams, marketing, communications, CRM and the broader organisation to drive the project to completionActing as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholdersAssessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvementIdentifying and implementing clear metrics and project milestonesReviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the projectFinding opportunities for improvementAbout YouYour Experience3+ years proven experience working as Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, focusing on website transformation projectsExperienced in a range of project management techniques, such as PRINCE2, Agile and WaterfallExperience with managing the production schedule across an entire web development cycleExperience managing complex website projects, may include mobile and web appsProject experience in reporting and relating documentationExperience managing project roadmapsEffective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive and engaged teams to operateAt Instant Impact, everyone is welcome.
