Summary: The Digital Project Manager role focuses on overseeing and delivering digital initiatives within the Energy sector, specifically in Coventry. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Digital & AI initiatives including:
- Statistical animation tools for performance visualisation
- Development for product traceability and compliance
- Generative AI applications for internal and customer-facing solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and external partners to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote agile best practices
- Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Track and report progress to leadership, identifying and resolving blockers proactively
- Support documentation, compliance, and integration with broader digital transformation efforts
Key Skills:
- Proven delivery in technical project management, preferably in AI, digital delivery, or software development environments
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, machine learning work-flows, and cloud platforms (eg, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Gi.t, and project management software
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are advantageous

Job Offer
- Daily rate on offer of £375-400 p/d (Inside IR35)
- Initial 6 month contract
- Opportunity to work on impactful projects with the ability to scale post the initial 6 months of delivery
- Hybrid working, 2-3 days on site depending on project state
